I have a Bachelor's (UCSB) and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology (USF) and have been a licensed MFT since 2006
I am a Certified Co-Active Coach, CPCC with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Rafael, CA since 2014
I am a Certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT - Tapping) practitioner since 2021
I am a Certified Reiki Master since 2020
One of my favorite aspects of being licensed and certified in many differnet modalities of healing is the opportunity it affords me to connect with people and look at the larger picture.
I have always enjoyed taking seemingly unrelated pieces of various stories, playing around with them, and connecting them all together to create an even larger and more powerful holistic and integrative narrative.
I have always been drawn towards working with people and take great satisfaction in guiding and being with others as they explore their own personal paths towards discovery, fulfillment, self-improvement, and growth.
My purpose is to help people live a life of intention and center themselves in their true desires. I believe that we all are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.
My style of work will guide you in creating a vision of who you really are and what you want to create in your life. As you gain a better connection with your wise self and inner mentor, you will find it easier to center your focus and gain more self-confidence and direction.
You will discover how to live YOUR life according to YOUR 'true north.' My approach is a mix of genuine curiosity, empathy, and the use of powerful questions that prompt you to dive deeper and promote insight. I will work with you and hold you accountable as you tap into your own powerful place and play big in life!
